Where we stopped was overpriced, suggesting that the tour company and restaurant have an “arrangement.” We should have stopped in the center of Vina Del Mar, where lots of dining choices were available. Tour guide was ok but English left something to be desired.”

“This was a relaxing and great way to visit a city for the first time. Fortunately I had plenty of time with a 9 hour stopover. I spent over six hours with Ignacio and we drove through several parts of Santiago, then walked around the CBD seeing the old historic buildings, lovely park areas and street vibe. We also stopped twice for a relaxed meal/drink. It was a weekday but a public holiday so busy in the parks. I would have liked to have gone up the vernicular to the statute of Mary but it was too busy.”
