As the hike drew near, we were contacted by Viator to pay (which we did), and texted multiple times to the tour agency (through Viator) with questions, but never heard back. “Magical was the word we all agreed on afterwards to describe this. There are moments within the canyon where you just can't believe your eyes. It looks like you're in a video game or something. The rappelling was good fun too! The falling water hits hard as you descend which is a bit of a shock at first, and you are cold for a bit at the bottom after each one (there are three over the course of the hike) but it's worth it for what you get to see/experience!
