“We had a wonderful morning riding horses just outside of Santiago. The weather was not great so we couldn’t see the Andean mountain vistas but it was fun to explore nature. The horses were friendly and our guide, Therese, who owned the stables was great to talk to. A native of the US, she’s been in chile for decades and shared lots of information about the area. Later we had some wine and cheese in the barn. We also enjoyed meeting the stable cats (Nacho, specifically) and our guide dog, Max.”
